Two households, both alike in dignity. In a deeply divided Belfast. A new adaptation, set on the streets of Northern Ireland’s capital in 1998, the year the Good Friday agreement was signed. From ancient grudge to new mutiny, a pair of star-cross’d lovers meet their destiny.
Musical Director Tommaso Cagnoni presents a new arrangement of traditional Irish folk music and songs by The Pogues, The Corrs, Van Morrison, The Waterboys, and Nanci Griffith – all played live by the OVO band.
