Medical disaster - Wed. night, she ate supper but seemed tired. No fever, no pain, no vomiting, or diarrhea. Early Thur. morning she walked slowly outside and collapsed. Rushed her to the Emergency vets. Using ultrasound, he found a large ruptured mass on her spleen and she was bleeding internally. These growths are usually malignant and cancerous cells had probably already invaded other organs. Still in shock a day later. Chuck is very clingy but a big comfort. Oct. 2016.
