Tropical tree app. 40 ' tall blooming in Westbury subdivision of Houston, Texas. I spotted this over a sound wall on S. Main and went the next day to ask what it wasand the homeowner graciously invited me into her backyard to see it. Rarely seen in Rio Grande Valley as it is too dry there.
