Noontime Shroud

As we ate lunch on the Netarts Bay at the end of Cape Lookout State Park, this shroud of fog moved in and covered Cape Lookout, while continuing inland. Notice how it is also flowing down from the top. Not an hour before we were up at the top of that fog-covered ridge. At that time, there was no fog to be seen. It was bright and sunny.
