Ms. Dansen Mayhay is the Community Outreach Specialist for the YWCA of Richmond, Virginia. Mayhay spoke to cyclists at the Break the Cycle: Spin for the Cause spinning class at the Defense Supply Center Richmond fitness center. Spin for the Cause is an Army Reserve Family Programs initiative in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Mrs. Francis Mitchell, 80th Training Command Family Programs Director, and Ms. Africa Miller, Defense Logistics Agency Installation Support Social Worker, teamed up to offer free spin classes every Wednesday through October.
