Every now and then you have to get away from everyone and everything - even when it means pushing through snow squalls with wihiteout conditions, icy roads, and freezing temperatures to get there. There was no cell phone signal here and no interruptions. The only sounds were wind in the trees and the crunching of snow under snowshoes.
