May 17, 2015 Forest Hills Tree Giveaway Event, MacDonald Park - 205 Trees Donated & 7th event marks 1,250th tree since 2011
"A Tree Grows In Queens!" The May 17, 2015 Forest Hills Tree Giveaway Event in MacDonald Park was a huge success, where 205 trees found new homes, thanks to the harmony among tree adopters and volunteers from the Four Borough Neighborhood Preservation Alliance, New York Restoration Project, Rego-Forest Preservation Council, & our sponsors. We donated American Elms, Fringe Trees, Red Buckeyes, Dawn Redwoods, and Yellowwoods, with a goal of beautifying our communities and contributing to a sustainable environment. With much gratitude towards donating our 1,250+ trees since 2011. This is our 7th Forest Hills Tree Giveaway Event. Let's continue to plant roots for our next generation!
