Another Beautiful Estate

 

The dinner was a very nice conclusion to our trip. What I loved was the dessert. The ice cream richness was derived from the unpasterized milk. Although I learned the pasteurization process in Cooking Fundamentals actually having the opportunity to taste dairy in its raw form is truly an awakening.
