Riverford Organic Beetroot Cake: Mix the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, sultanas and grated beetroot together. Beat 2 eggs with some sunflower oil, then combine with the dry ingredients. The mixture's then put into a baking tin. Then into the oven for an hour.
