Colin emptying ballast from YC654 at Palmerston North on 28 September. Bit of a long story, but ended with realisation that it would be easier to take a day off work, head on up to Palmie, and empty the wagon by shovel . It had to be empty in order to be lifted onto a truck for road transfer to the Rimutaka Incline Railway.
