The New Display For Defcon
My story starts off as a baby. I was taken by General Stryker and stuck in a water chamber to be experimented on and turned into a weapon.
All I remember is a huge explosion. It was Stryker's Base. Luckily, I survived. The water chamber was still intact when it hit the ground, and what I didn't know is that I had a special power - to become whatever I touched. But the water chamber I was in, was made special so I would not turn into it. However, it had a side effect. Whatever I touched when I got out of that chamber, I would become forever. When the water chamber touched the ground it shattered and I came in contact with a variety of Stryker Base parts along with the glass. The glass was made of cosmic glass that could cut through everything, even adamantium. It was the same material as Silver Surfer's skin. It is the reason why I did not turn into the liquid in the water chamber. The cosmic glass is special for the fact that for as long as I was in it, it took away my powers. When I was finally released from the water chamber, it no longer affected me. Now I am made out of wires from Stryker's Base and layered with the strongest skin in the universe. When I touched all the metal wires and cosmic glass I also matured to the age of 25 because the age of the metal and wires was 25. I have not aged since. I do not have a name, but when I looked through the wreckage of Stryker's Base, I saw the word Defcon and now my name will forever be Defcon.
