USF's nickname is "The Hilltop," appropriately named since the campus is located at the peak of one of San Francisco's major hills.
Lone Mountain USF Campus - Formerly Lone Mountain College, the Lone Mountain campus now houses faculty offices, classrooms, and housing for 180 students. It also houses the offices of the University President and Vice-Presidents.
