Jewish Pachuco?
This piece, with its strange backward "N" in place of the "H" in "Chicano", would be unremarkable were it not for the Star of David at the left. Notice that it has the same rays emanating from it as the Pachuco style cross at the right. Gang members, being neither particularly religious or political, are nevertheless quick to note symbols (especially controversial ones) and incorporate them into graffiti.
