Island in the Clouds

Another image from a recent backpacking trip on the Olympic Peninsula.

 

While we spent most of the time hiking on the beach right next to the ocean, some areas are completely impassable due to the tides and some treacherous terrain.

 

To avoid these areas, we went overland where we were greeted with some absolutely incredible views.
