Yelloway of Rochdale
7076DK was one of five Harrington bodied AEC Reliances (7071-7076DK) purchased by the once well-known Lancashire independent, Yelloway of Rochdale in 1964. Yelloway were loyal AEC customers, buying the type right up until the end of the 1970s, before going on to buying Leyland products. Yelloway disappeared in 1988, after briefly dabbling in stage carriage services following deregulation in 1986.
As for 7076DK, that was withdrawn by Yelloway in 1974.
