Spectra speculation ends
Flanked by two cars who’s colours happen to match the new National Express West Midlands livery worn by Optare Spectra 4004. The bus is pictured heading a line of traffic up Oxbarn Avenue in Wolverhampton, steadily making its way towards Penn on the south-western side of the City. These buses have recently been transferred into Wolverhampton (PL) from Birmingham (BC), displacing the last of the old Metrobuses, ending months of speculation about their arrival in the City.
