Going to the Movies
Yesterday I went to see IT with all three of my kids! They are all Stephen King fans (probably my fault!) I started reading his books when my oldest was really small. We were at the library and I picked up a book that had a one word title which always attracted me. The book was Carrie and a love affair was born! This movie was a ton of fun and captured the essence of the relationship between the kids. Stand By Me combined with Stranger Things, with a menacing clown thrown in. We had a ball! Afterward, we went home and ate crabs, a Maryland specialty! I forgot to mention this is my Project MC2 doll that I found at the thrift store. You can't see it, but she is wearing a backpack that I crocheted. The sweater is created by an unknown knitter.
