I just realized where the name "Honeycomb" may come from... Did you know that in the wild they really look like hair combs filled with honey? I didn't know that... How interesting...;))
They appear to be wild honeycombs in the process of being built and filled with honey. The completed cells are hexagons... Hmmm That's only two dimensional. I wonder how they use the third dimension... Does anyone know?
Honeybees fascinate me. It is one of the exhibits in Butterfly Wonderland in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is a wonderful place to visit. It's very interesting, even fascinating, and pretty exciting for the whole family...;)
