My knee is so sore! The pain is severe when I walk. It's been this way for more than a week. I didn't leave the house yesterday. I am relying on my primary care physician's prescription pain killer and on my café royale to keep things at a reasonable level. They make me very drowsy... It's not unpleasant, and makes things bearable for the short term...;)) I am massaging the meniscus to try to make it more flexible or pliable, as I was taught by my physical therapist last Tuesday...
I noticed that two of these companies are directly relevant to my knee pain. Diago makes and distributes very flavorful alcoholic beverages... That is relevant to my coffee drink...;)) And, Pfizer is a pharmaceutical company that makes and distributes prescription medicines...:))
