Kefirccino Agaviel Macchiato - My Personal Recipe - It is Definitely Me! :: /|\ :: Notice the bow wave in light as we move to the left...;))

My takeoff on a Caramel Macciato. It's my own personal recipe:

Pour Plain Kefirinto an iced cup.

Add Blue Agave Syrup drizzled in a pretty pattern on top.

 

I like it very cold. The kefir and blue agave syrup are kept cold in the fridge, and I ice the cup before mixing....

 

Next time I think I will add iced espresso on the bottom of the cup before adding the kefir...

 

The mixture of the sour kefir and the sweet blue agave syrup creates gas bubbles... I find this high school chemistry laboratory experiment result intriguing...
