Choosing a Bread Machine -2 <<>> Breadman Ultimate
Here are some machines in the kitchen of Chofetz Chayim in Tucson... The size of the bread tray inside each one looks about the same...
This large Breadman machine looks fantastic in white! It takes up much more space on the countertop. What capabilities will i gain by buying it?
I really want to re-learn how to bake bread. It's been a hundred and fifty years since I baked challah aka hallah. I just now remembered putting freshly made fried translucent onions on the top before baking. Well maybe it was only fifty years ago.
I also love sourdough, Detroit corn and Detroit Jewish rye, wholewheat, and other breads. Not to leave out fruit breads and rolls... Anything and everything that needs bread batter to rise...
