Sun and Clouds At Play On The Mountain

Mincha, afternoon service today is at 1PM... Bye for now...

My heart pain is gone;)) Hooray! I think we found the "root cause." (That's a system engineering technical term. It makes a nice pun here... as in "root canal" ;))

I had a severe infection in my upper left gum that altered the roots of an old root canal that was done a few years ago. My periodontist saw me on Monday, after a difficult two weeks, He immediately set up an appointment with an endodontist a few blocks away who could see me right way... He drilled back into the roots, took out the steel stiffening rods, packed the tooth with antibiotics and sealed it temporarily. He said lots of pus drained out, and that's a good thing...;)) We won't know for three weeks if the tooth is cracked, in which case it will have to be removed..;-(

The sun broke through a hole in the varied and highly structured, thick cloud layers, to cast a chiaroscuro of cloud shadows on the Catalina Mountains to the north of Tucson, Arizona at about 5 PM yesterday evening...

I wanted to drive up into Camp Lowell Park to get an unobstructed view of the mountains. However, time did not permit. I decided that the sun might not be clear when we arrived there, and I had better capture the incredible event while I could...
