Cabbage Valentine Heart

This cabbage head was small to begin with. After removing the outer leaves to make stuffed cabbage, the hard core was also removed. Now it is ready to fine-slice for coleslaw. It’s a small amount of coleslaw.

 

At that point I realized it had a heart shape😍 So I cropped the photo a bit to fit within the Macro Mondays guidelines.
