Chef Heather's Homemade Caribbean Tilapia Aspic

Recipe:

3 Chili Tree Peppers

1 Serrano Pepper

1 Tsp Sizzlin' Fire Roasted Fajita

4 Large Tomatoes chopped

1/2 Large Onion finely chopped

2 pieces of frozen Trader Joe's Tilapia (Include juice that collects in thawing.)
