Heather’s Baked Trout Looks Yummy

My Aide Heather made this delicious dish for my breakfast today. I photographed the leftover pieces for the fridge.

These are rainbow trout fillets with the skin side up. We buy them frozen at Trader Joe's. They are farmed in the cool clear waters of Patagonia.

I would love to find carp which is also a freshwater fish. I have my mother's wonderful recipe for carp with garlic and paprika.
