Tucson's Forest Fire Last Summer 2020
I'm posting (or possibly reposting) this photo of the Catalina Mountain's Bighorn fire that I shot from my front yard last summer because I saw a marked burned-out area along Sabino Canyon's walking trail yesterday.
It was my first nature walk in Sabino Canyon since the pandemic started and I had my AFIB Ablation surgery. I couldn't walk far at all, probably 500 feet, i.e. 170 yards or meters. It was exhausting but good. Fortunately, there was a bench on the short, well-marked trail. I hope to post photos of that nature walk soon.
