Young Cooper’s Hawk Preparing To Fly Away

After this shot, it flew away.

 

This young hawk had been standing on a rock in the birdbath. Although I was about 10 meters away, I made it nervous. It has moved to the closest arm of a nearby garden chair, ready to fly away.
