My Healthy V-8 Cocktail

This cocktail is very delicious with or without vodka, ice, and an olive. However, a celery stalk is mandatory!! it's great for stirring and munching.

I'm growing this celery plant on my kitchen counter illuminated by a warm LED under-the-counter fixture.
