Valley Fog - In Explore
This morning this street was about eight inches high with rapidly running rainwater.
This afternoon after the Tropical Depression TD-8 passed by and the water gradually drained off the street.
I did a lot of photography and maintenance work at the peak of the rainstorm. In the late afternoon, I wasn't up to going out again, so this was shot by my Aide, Heather, at about 6 pm using a Samsung S6 phone.
