Create New Celery Plants In Ramekins

I saved the bottoms of a number of celery plants from the supermarket. They do root in water. I think it's too hot to plant them outside. So, maybe I can just pick new celery leaves from the plants on the counter under an LED lamp. I will need to move them to larger glasses or jars as they grow.
