Vegetable Omelette Cooking

There’s lots of subtitles to the creation of a memorable omelette. If you don’t take time to slowly cook the onions they don’t develop their glossy caramel sweetness. And if you don’t include a variety of vegetables you notice the absence. I like to cook omelettes in olive oil. It’s also fun to separate the whites to a separate bowl and whip them until they look like a type of snow. Then add in the yolks. The air incorporated gives a lovely light texture that enhances the experience for your palate. I like to cook the omelette until it is golden brown on one side and then turn it over to cook on the other side.
