This May Be The Day That I Die🌹
Lyrics from the song Miss America Pie ...;-)
This morning’s pulse rate was 159 times per minute so my Cardiologist sent me to TMC’s ER immediately!
But first, I helped my Aide, Heather helped me finish transplanting the pomegranate tree I had dug up last Wednesday. I figured I would rather die after planting a fruit tree. It's a wonderful mitzvah!
10:30 AM: I’m at TMC with AFIB, rapid heartbeat and low blood pressure.
They agree my pulse is very high. They took an EKG and verified the AFIB is back. I took a Dr. Xanax and waited.
I got too stiff and sore sitting up on the hospital bed, so my Aide, Heather, lowered the head and I was able to lie down and go to sleep.
It was exhausting and I fell asleep at around noon.
When I woke up a couple of hours later, my heart rate was normal, so they watched for a few hours and sent me home with a prescription to go back on my heart rate regulating med - double doses for four days. After that, he recommended exercise. Soon, I may be back into marathon training...;-) Well, at least walking in Sabino Canyon or Fort Lowell Park. LoL
3:30 PM: My pulse rate has remained normal They're sending me home now. Wonderful‼️
The doctor increased my originally prescribed dosage of an anti-AFIB drug that I had stopped taking a few years ago.
Shabbat Shalom 🎶👏🎶
