Vanilla Meringue With Pomegranate Sauce 🍯

This was a marvelous, beautiful, and delicious desert on the second day of Rosh HaShannah 2018, at Handmaker Jewish Senior Services. I have a reservation all the High Holiday meals and services this year. Doing it all at home was just too much for me.

You can see the remains of the traditional round raisin-challah and honey on a plate to the right. There were also apple slices to dip into the honey on that plate. I ate all of them...(;-)

Shannah Tovah - I Wish You A Happy, Safe, and Peaceful New Year...

May it be filled with Joy, Love, Happiness, Contentment, Fulfillment, Spiritual & Emotional Growth, Good Friends, & Loved Ones.
