Frog Swimming In Rain Collecting Pail

I wonder what kind of frog it is...

Taken in my backyard in Central Tucson, Arizona.

It's a desert frog. They come out when there is running water. I have no idea how it got into the rainwater collecting pail. It's now at the base of some plants. I don't know what it needs to survive.
