Monsoon Sunset Front To Rear <<>> Vertical Panorama
Tucson Arizona's Summer Monsoon-2016
Front-to-Rear overhead vertical panorama
The trees that appear to be at the top are really behind me. I am scanning the camera from in front of my eye, up and over my head, snapping the shutter every few seconds as I turn the camera from in front of me to behind me - from west to east...
I took about eighteen photos with my Canon PhotoShot SX60 HS camera at a wide enough angle to get reasonable overlap without a tripod from shot to shot. Then I selected eight photos that I thought overlapped well. I used DoubleTake software on my MacBook Plus to stitch the eight photos together.
The sky went from dark toward the west to lighter blue above me, and I didn't take sufficient care to blend the edges well.
It was fun to shooting create this.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ70 bridge camera I had before had a nice pan mode.
