I thought this chart was interesting. This image is a colorized version of a screenshot of a page of Edmund's online catalog.
In the days of film cameras with detecting element distributed randomly on the film medium, there were no tilted elements on charts like this one. Tilting becomes useful due to the rectilinear photo detecting sensor array on a micro sensor chip.
There are many other very useful specialized test charts by Edmund and other companies that you should check out to see what is best for your lens and camera calibration and adjustment needs.
