Sauté Presentation

My mother would often sauté fish. I always loved it. After my tonsillectomy, my paternal grandfather came to visit me. My mother served him this wonderful dish. I wanted some!! She had ice cream for me, but i wanted the fish. My grandfather okayed it. Then I was a happy patient in recovery...;-))
