Blue Plated Three Fish Breakfast <<>> IMG_1839 - Version 2

Two ounces each of salmon, tilapia, and cod, with fried onions and a side of fresh green cabbage, is a healthy breakfast. It is part of Dr. Gann's diet and is similar to the Atkin's diet.

 

I also had coffee with a little heavy cream and 4 ounces of my vanilla Muscle Milk protein drink.

 

The blue plate is particularly delicious...:-)
