<<>> There's Been A Change In The Weather <<>> Storm Clouds And Fog Over and In Catalina Mountains
This was just a quick warm up shot to be sure the camera was set right. I cropped it a bit.
It dropped twenty degrees F and yesterday afternoon was sunny, cold, and windy. The cloud formations on the mountains, and fog in the canyons, changed minute to minute. It was exciting and quite spectacular.
I snapped only four photos yesterday afternoon of this incredible visual feast! This was at the foot of my driveway. I always snap these and then walk to where I have a clear, unobstructed view of the mountains and the canyons and cloud variations along the Catalina Mountains.
I can no longer handle wintry temperatures at all! I went out to photograph the cloud and fog and sun transitions on the Catalina Mountains at 4pm. I forgot about the, low for Tucson, temperature in the 50s, and the wind, so I was wearing only a long sleeved shirt over a t-shirt. I got so chilled, I couldn't do any more photography. After my first shots. I had to go right back indoors and under the covers to warm up! Then I fell asleep and missed it all (:-(
