It's Water Over The Dam
The chart below shows the discharge of water in Sabino creek near Tucson last Wednesday, February 26th. It's about two tenths of a cubic foot per second. A cubic foot is about one twenty seventh of a cubic meter. That's about eight thousands of a cubic meter per second. You can see that there's not very much water flowing over the dam.
That should change as a result of the rainfall this last weekend. About 1.7 inches, or 45 millimeters, of rain fell on Sabino Canyon on March 1st and 2nd.
