Replacing Fat With Muscle, And Mother's Milk With Muscle Milk

I am on a real "Diet of Hope"!! It's low on carbs and high on proteins. It replaces body fat with muscle tissue. I use 1/4 of a box of Muscle Milk, instead of milk or cream, in my coffee... Fortunately, I like it...;))

 

I find the diet possible, and it works. I have been losing about 4 pounds, almost 2 kilograms, a week. I am in Week 2 of the six week Phase 1 plan.

 

I am motivated to do this because I want to fit into my blue blazer and chinos for my next high school reunion, and for Cecily's Boston Ballet Company reunion in about six weeks...
