Phase 1

This is part of Huddersfields Civic Centre,the shot shows the side of the Child Guidance Clinic (as was on opening).

Phase 1 was officialy opened on Friday,1st,October,1965 by the Mayor of Huddersfield Alderman Reginald Hartley, J.P.
