Matcha (Green tea) lowfat Yogurt

There are some great recommendations if you are tired of fruit yogurt, like I am, I decided to seek out some more exotic flavors, and came across Matcha Lowfat Yogurt. This Green tea yogurt, is better to be eaten it in the morning, it can make you energized all day.

 

If you like lightly sweetened yogurts, then you will like this. The yogurt is a vibrant green color, and has a smooth but not overly thick texture. But the fact that it wasn't very sweet at all. Pour honey if you want it a little bit more sweet. Perfect for someone who want to lose weight. Enjoy!
