Birmingham New Street. Early one morning (well, before 09:00) I got to the station and the information system was all blank - due to electrical work as it says on the right.
"Your station manager today is Mr Gareth Jones." Maybe its just me but Birmingham seems to be full of people called Gareth Jones.
