World Host

The 4cHotels Group and the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) engages with WorldHost Training Services to utilize internationally recognized customer service training for the London 2012 Olympic Games. The two day Customer Service Training workshop was conducted by Tasneem Virani, the director at Claris Coaching and an international, senior and highly experienced, human performance, change management consultant with major achievements at both strategic and operational level and of course a licensed World Host Trainer. The Easy Hotel Victoria London is proud to be a part of it. The Trainees were awarded with certificates and badges from the WorldHost Training Services at the end of the workshop.
