Anyway, I saw that the options and price on the Luts TD centaurs are up earlier. Yay for the options, nay for the price but to be honest it was about what I was expecting. I hope they'll change it though but no matter, I shall get two; one brown and one white!
I dont really like the arms of the TDs and not much for their huge eyes either so I want to make a hybrid, I'm sure Ive already told you all that much but anyway. My idea is a NS pukifee Luna with the brown(gold tail/hooves) body. For the white body(with black tail/hooves) I kinda wanted a tan pukifee but I wasnt sure which one. For a while I was considering taking a sleeping faceplate and mod it but then the thought of a tan Pio came and now I just cant let it go. Maaaaannnn those darn dolly plans! They eat my money for breakfast!
So yeah...now I have this idea that I might have to order a tan pukifee Pio before the tan event ends. THEN order two centaurs from Luts(I'll probably do layaway). Bleh, too many dolls! I'm going to be swaped! But on the other hand, I've been wanting tiny centaurs for so long, I'm not going to pass on them :)
Back to the pukifee Pio. It's not really a problem ordering him, but I'm going to think about it a few more days. I'm sure I can sell him if I should have changed my plans when he arrives. Still, I'm so unsure about the sculpt and I keep wondering if I can sand down his forhead(which I doubt since he'll be tan). Probably not even going to try that! I dont like that he's so rare to find owner pictures of either grrr. Pio or not? That's the question.
I do think Pio make a cute boy though and I think he'll look so awesome in tan. Just by writing this I'm now really considering getting him.
Now back to the centaurs. I really hope Luts puts up some pictures of them without all the gear on. I want to see what the body really looks like and how hard it would be to possibly hybrid. My biggest concern right now would be if the pukifee shoulders look odd on the centaur body since TDs have narrower shoulders. Im not really sure if I can use the pukifee belly either or if I'm stuck with TD's belly. But since you can order legs with the centaur I feel that I can get a TD just to use the belly if needed later(like for the NS Luna) since I dont really want to order any of the two centaurs in normal skin right now. I figured that if it doesnt work at all I can either keep the centaurs or sell them. If it works to hybrid with pukifees then I can sell elf Alice and elf Peter as humans with the legs as I'm sure someone wants them(based on the TD thread on DoA people definitely seems interested in getting the elf heads.)
