Pump

This is the wellhead, pump and pressure tank, located in the arctic entry. The well is in the white box. It is 40 feet deep but the water table is a good deal shallower, so you will never have to worry about running out of water. I redid all the plumbing you see here, so you won't have to worry about leaks.

About a year before I bought it, the entire house froze up. The pump, pressure tank, water heater and a good deal of the plumbing were damaged and replaced. As a result, the piping is a mixture of older copper, PEX used to repair the frozen pipes, and new copper and CPVC that I put in. It all works well, and there are no leaks.
