Left Crown of Louis XV I believe
Right one: The tiara was commissioned to the jewelers and Evrard Bapst Frederic in 1819 to complement emerald jewelry offered by Louis XVIII to his niece, the Duchess of Angouleme, daughter of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette. The bracelets were part of a large ruby dress, created by the jeweler Ménière in 1816 and expanded in 1825.
