Limestone Barn
Beloit, Kansas, at the intersection of KS Highway 14 and US 24. There were probably at least a dozen different ways this scene could have been photographed--different focal lengths, camera position, aperture choices/depth of field, not to mention different times of day--but this was the one I chose.
When I originally uploaded this, I muted the colors a bit, for reasons which now seem obscure, so I've reestablished the original color balance as of 9/4/15.
