Furoshiki wrapping

Both of my daughters spent time as a foreign exchange student in Japan. They made friends with a family that sent us beautiful gifts every year. Here are some of the furoshiki cloths they sent. I think this sort of wrapping is a great idea.

 

We only exchange cards these days but I treasure these gifts from the past.
